    I was overall responsible for directing and managing a finance innovation program called SAMBA. The objective was to create one Financial Shared Services for Rabobank Netherlands and 125 local banks with approx. 1600 end users. As a result financial accounting processes are centrally processed using SAP FICO, workflow and BW. All projects including the implementation of business change have been successfully completed in 2013.Within the finance innovation program a major project was the realisation and implementation of a new accounts payable process using E-invoicing, OCR and SAP workflow. As a projectmanager I was responsible for this implementation. As a result about 550,000 invoices p/year are converted to e-invoices via BPO/Sweden and processed faster and cheaper. Within the innovation program an objective was the renewal of integration between product systems, general ledger and data warehousing for reporting o.a. IFRS. As a project manager I was responsible for this implementation and was working together with Offshore/India. As a result financial data is processed faster and at lower Total Cost of Ownership.
