 Recruitment & Onboarding: - • Effective utilization of internal & external sources, recruitment through campus & job portals like Naukri.com, Employee Referrals etc. • Short Listing & screening candidate, organizing interviews, DOJ & Salary Negotiation. • Orientation- Induction designing & Briefing HR Policies.• Conducting complete joining formalities, Joining Forms, Processing Offer Letter + Appointment letter & Confirmation.Training & Development: -• Identification of training needs through skill matrix (for blue collars), KRA & departmental needs.• Preparation of skill matrix through line & operation wise questionnaire.• Plan yearly & monthly Training Calendar as per training need identification.• Preparation & plan of OJT at associates level & Operation wise.• Plan internal & external training as per Competency Mapping for white collars.• Maintaining all records as per IATF, ISO 140001:2015, OHSAS- 18001:2007 for Audit & Customer Audit- Hero, Honda, Suzuki, Motherson Sumi, CNH like Training Feedback, History Card, Attendance Sheet, and Training Effectiveness & Questionnaire, Health Checkup report.• Preparation of Training MIS for various audits.• Conducting HR Induction Training to all new joiners including Staff, Permanent Associates, Contractual, GET’s & MT’s. Payroll Management: -• Marking of attendance for Staff & Associates.• Calculation of payable days, PF, ESIC, LWF PMS• Preparation of KRA’s at Staff level with the help of Concerned HOD.• Coordinating with senior management and employees for Annual Appraisals.• Grading & Rating the Performance Appraisal with HOD’s & Plant Head. Employee Engagement: -• Handling all employee engagement activities like Monthly Birthday Celebration for Staff &Associates.Organizing yearly events such as Safety Week, World Environment Day, Women’s Day & other Functions. Separation: -• Exit Interviews- - No dues Clearance, Full & Final Settlement, Relieving Letter.

• Assisting HRBPs for Onboarding & Joining Formalities of New incumbents.• Processing documents for Background Verification.• Worked on HRIS portal (Cloud based HR software) named ZOHOPeople.• Training newly joined employees for ZOHOPeople.• Handled queries of 12000+ employees related to Attendance & Leave, Login issues, Managing Information, Shift Mapping, Shift Upload.• Joining formalities and first day orientation of new joiners.• Maintain all data MIS related to new joiner induction, queries, payroll, transfer IN/OUT and presenting the same to the stakeholders and senior management as per the requirement.
