Being part of Financial Reporting And Analytics team following responsibilities was assigned : The general focus of my Job is to analyze, interpret, summarize and report variousfinancial data to the top management for decision making, forecasting and gauging the current business scenario. Preparation of Operation Statements for various Business units. Presenting Revenue, Direct costs, Margin and Indirect costs for various time periods as per requirement which would be then taken up by other business streams for their report generation and sales teams for comparison against the plan. - Preparation of standard revenue report which would be taken up by top management to seek / assess data for performance of accounts to help them monitor their accounts and take the necessary step to achieve the target. - Preparation of standard sales and pipeline report to guide the Service Line and Market Segment leaders to bring about developmental changes in their business. - Preparation of budget, pipeline and variance report. - Revenue Planning Process during end of fiscal year to plan the revenue for corresponding year. Providing information required for planning process such as revenue earned, current performance in the market, new/lost clients under an account, booked revenue etc.- Processing Ad hoc requests received from clients based on various business scenarios, timelines and other required data.
