Liaison with representative offices of other foreign and Indian banks, chambers of commerce, and German consulate as needed.Set-up support for new representative office handled for the bank. RBI licenses, RoC fillings, BMC approvals.Office relocation, administration and annual contracts, events and receptions, recruitments, employee trainings, expat relocations and initiation, registrations. Overseeing audit and taxation matters for office and employees, obtaining legal opinions, supervise accounts fillings with Indian authorities and preparation and submission of account to the head office in Germany. Liaise with accounts, tax, legal advisors.
