Marketing:Responsible for the continuous update of e-commerce platforms and writing descriptive copy of product uploads. Creation of visual assets for website and newsletters.Website merchandising to appeal to the online shopper.Social media updates (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) and develop content for blog and newsletters. Schedule email send-outs according to promotional calendar. Collaborate with influencers on special projects to increase brand awareness.Manage creation of promotional material such as brochures, announcements, product knowledge binders, etc. that support the brand. Conduct industry research and compile information regarding potential clients and marketplace trends.Assist with coordination of sample sales, events and photo shoots. Travel to pop-up events and interact with customers on face-to-face level.Operations:Regularly update and analyze company sales reports.Support the sales team by providing product stock photography and assigning product SKU’s/codesPerform fulfillment processes for retail and wholesale orders including inventory control, receiving, pick-pack-ship coordination and returns processing. Advise production team with immediate and future inventory needs. Perform general office functions and data entry using Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks POS.Coordinate garment and fabric testing with domestic and international facilities to ensure client requirements are met. Assist with bookkeeping. Inside Sales:Develop and maintain sales in designated territory.Attend and/or set-up tradeshows such as MAGIC, Seattle Gift Show, Atlanta Gift Show and more. Contact current and potential clients via email/phone regarding inbound product, upcoming trade shows and market weeks and promotions.Coordinate sample send-outs and returns with vendors. Update virtual showroom with immediate inventory, current promotions and future products.Update seasonal color books, line sheets and catalogs.

Achieve and exceed daily sales and loyalty card quota.Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues and concerns.Operate Point of Sale software to record personal sales, returns and monitor department sales. Responsible for opening and closing procedures of department on designated shifts.Maintain department appearance.Merchandising of mannequins and displays to reflect current trends.
