Responsible for the day to day performance and overall operational management of the Financial Center Tract and manage service and sales performance metrics through monitoring of daily service and sales activities and reports. When necessary, develop, communicate, and execute action plans to close gaps between service/sales and goals and results. Responsible for assessing the banking center operations, identifying risks, prioritizing areas of focus, and creating action plans to correct issues. Drive associates performance via continuous coaching, developmental opportunity, and document performance improvement plans Develop and maintain a client focused strategy to increase revenue, deposit growth, specialist referrals and client satisfaction in the Financial Center with large percentage of high value clients.

Responsible for the financial portfolios of high net worth clientsProvide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients regarding banking trends and conditions of the business environment and general banking trends.
