I am currently an undergraduate student working towards my Bachelor Degree in Political Science at the University of Vienna. In addition to studying, I also work full-time as a Customer Care Manager and Marketing Assistant. My position involves various responsibilities from everything related to customers’ happiness and satisfaction to creating blog posts, managing different social media accounts and doing various operational and logistics tasks. My daily work requires solid communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work in a team. In addition to that, I also know how to work independently, set priorities and how to productively and proactively meet daily challenges. I’m a firm believer in constantly looking for ways to grow, learn and improve.
