Led and set up the foundation for the Gallery's artistic programmes organising more than 800 public programmes as well as 60 artwork commissions both in the physical and digital spaces involving Singaporean, Southeast Asian and international artists within five years with works planned and curated until December 2022;Managed 4 full-time staff members and collaborated with colleagues across different teams;Curated the three editions of the Gallery Children’s Biennale (2017, 2019 & 2021) , the launch of Small Big Dreamers 2018, and has worked on artist commissions with likes of David Medalla, Pinaree Sanpitak, Lee Mingwei, Lee Wen, Ho Tzu Nyen, teamlab, Mark Justiniani among others;Conceived “Performing Spaces”- a programme that looked at the relationship between performance, architecture and audiences; Established “Art + Live”, a multidisciplinary online programme when COVID-19 hit;A key contributor to the Gallery’s international partnership with Staatliches Kunstsammlungen Dresden’s Kinderbiennale;Co-curated a 6-hour live-streaming programme"Afterlude-Prelude: Responses to Nam June Paik", involving more than 20 international artists, co-organised by the Gallery and SFMOMA;Introduced In Situ performances and other public interventions that opened up access and new interpretations for the National Collection.

Regularly writing feature articles that examine cultural policies, funding structures, programming and professional management practices in Berlin, other parts of Germany as well as Europe.

Pioneered the programme direction for two young artist exchange programmes: I'mPULSE, the Asia-Europe Music Camp and Pointe to Point, The Asia-Europe Dance Forum; and in-charge of the professional programme, ASEMUS, the Asia-Europe Museum Network;Introduced the bi-regional and strategic creative branding, marketing and corporate communications for various cultural exchange programmes which encompassed efforts in public outreach/coverage, specialised media network as well as production of multi-media and printed materials;

Examined and reviewed the existing database of the foundation ; Researched and investigated possible contacts and initiatives in Europe in relation to participatory art; and Contributed to the meetings of the Art for Social Change team, the curator and line producer towards the development of the "Bridge the Gap" project
