More than 30 years experience in internal and external communications and stakeholder relations, including government relations, digital communications, crisis and issues management, organisational change management, sponsorship and community partnerships, media and event management.Also responsible for the WesCEF’s Aboriginal engagement and retention team that delivers on the company’s Reconciliation Action Plan. As an experienced leader of teams, my strengths lie in my ability to build trusted relationships, be genuine and authentic in my interactions with all levels of stakeholders and able to operate efficiently and strategically in a changing and dynamic environment. I pride myself in being innovative and able to lead and guide businesses in terms of best practice communication channels and frameworks. Having excellent written and verbal skills is essential in my role and I use these skills to help protect business reputation and manage potential issues and crisis situations.
