My experience has been centered around a comprehensive e-learning platform that involves video production of educational content, hands-on activity-based workshops and events, and student career guidance services.This involved overseeing various departments, such as content development, video production, Procurement, customer support, and logistics, to guarantee that all processes aligned with the company's goals and objectives. I actively collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance product offerings. Throughout my journey in the edu-tech industry, I embraced the challenge of impacting education through technology and innovative learning approaches. As an operations leader, my goal was to build a cohesive and efficient team, drive continuous improvement, and ultimately contribute to the success and growth of the organization in its mission to empower students and transform education.
