Work with FSI clients to manage EDI for each trading partner using SPS Commerce or other EDI communications tools.Work with the Warehouse team to ensure all EDI related activity is accurate and on time.Serve as the primary link between the business and any retail trading partners; work with all trading partners on charge back issues, finding resolution to claims and working internally to ensure processes are corrected as required.Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing contact with trading partners, managing all upcoming Purchase Orders due out and submit to Warehouse for processing, monitoring inbound merchandise and ship dates, working with the Warehouse team on ticketing, packing and other specifics to ensure merchandise is properly prepared for shipment, monitoring EDI communications from trading partners to record any errors, and correcting any issues.Work closely with the client keeping them informed of progress on shipments and invoicing.Work with employees at all levels of the organization to support accurate, proper retail merchandise preparation, shipping, and EDI data transactions within the organization.
