Project/Contract Accounting1. Responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of an assigned customer accounts/contracts or specific countries.2. Responsibilities include provide guidance on revenue recognition for new deals/contracts, project setup, customer invoicing, monthly accounting close, balance sheet reconciliations and support/lead ad-hoc projects.3. Monthly accounting close includes preparing and posting journal entries (mainly revenue & cost), reviewing & analyzing financial statements and ledger activities, and perform variance analysis.4. Interact with the operations team and finance team to understand the business, discuss & finalize monthly billing amount, drive process improvements, simplification or other ad-hoc projects5. Involve Balance Sheet fluctuation commentary.6. Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally7. Handle & support internal & external auditor process on statutory audits and/or quarterly reportingFixed Asset Accounting1. Responsible for global general ledger accounting (Fixed Asset).2. Responsibilities include monthly accounting close activities (i.e. preparing & posting journal entries, analyzing financial statements & ledger activities), prepare balance sheet reconciliations, fluctuation analysis on balance sheet items, support monthly/quarterly reporting requirement and import documentation.3. Interact with the operations team, other finance teams including project accountants within the organization to perform the accounting tasks & close the accounting issues.4. Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policy and ensure consistent process across the region and globally.5. Support internal & external audit and corporate tax filing.

1. Analyzing the standard cost variance and make sure there are only genuine variance.2. Prepare inventory reconciliation to make sure General Ledger reflects the balance in Subsystem.3. Involve in certain meetings regarding any issue occurred due inventory cost issue.4. Performed cycle count every quarter to make sure the physical unit count should be as per in system.5. Prepare flash volume and compute the Capitalized Overhead for flash purpose.6. Prepare actual versus flash report for the trial balance figures to see if there is overspend or under-spend for the month7.Perform Enterprise Standard Cost (ESC) setting in quarterly basis.
