Lead auditor in FSSC V5, HACCP/FSMS. BRCGC LA training completed. Master’s in food technology and MS in Quality Management. An experienced Food Safety and Hygiene Manager with over 15 years in hotel and food industry. I joined Swiggy as Manager City QHSE, where I handled 19 Cloud kitchens and two warehouses across Mumbai/ Pune region.
