As Quality Manager, Vanity is responsible for continuous improvement of Quality and Process optimization. This includes designing and implementing quality systems and processes, periodically audit the process adherence, Monitor process quality and ensuring that Stream delivers on all evaluation requirements for their respective client base. Vanity leads and guides a team of 30 dynamic Quality Representatives to deliver service and operational excellence through the consistent application of strategies and tactics that focus on continuous improvement in the areas of contributions, competencies and performance. Her team has consistently been commended for delivering the best possible support to their internal partners.

Prior to Stream Global Services, she learned more about Quality Assurance from Influent Philippines Incorporated, where she worked as a Quality Manager for over 5 years. The scope of her knowledge of outbound sales and customer service has been Vanity’s major contribution to SGS. She understands the industry from the inside out. Vanity was instrumental in laying the groundwork for the establishment and success of Stream’s Central Quality Department. In IPI, she worked with a team of 22 QA Specialists, 2 Quality Auditors and assisted IPI in its day to day operations- from Staff hiring to Training to Operations to Quality Assurance.
