Working for parent company Shryne Group, I was entrusted with leading the build out of the company's first functioning 15,000 sq ft grow facility; Liiit Farms by Stiiizy, California's leading cannabis brand in the State. Six teams directly reported to me as we navigated the execution of construction for one of California's leading cannabis brands. This role also took on the responsibilities of Facility Operations, giving way the opportunity to implement my specialized technique in creating systems in how teams communicate with one another and collectively create and execute goals.

Women.Weed.WiFi LLC is an expansive, international, and intergalactic network of women of color artists that use our ancestral and learned knowledge, and our natural talents to heal and teach about and through cannabis. As Co-Owner I was Lead in financial planning. Other duties consisted of event plannng and execution. Events being; wellness workshops, DJ nights, and art exhibitions.

During this time, I was elected Team Leader of parent company HIVE 365. This team consisted of 15 members that are cultivating projects and businesses that pertain to; application development, multiple non-profits, consulting agency's, and cannabis products. Responsibilities included; leading team planning meetings, providing and implementing team structure, and leading educational workshops for said project teams to be successful.

During this time, I was the sole student to sit on a team that included, Deans, Department Leads, and University Staff to build out The Evergreen State College's new Entrepreneurship at Evergreen Program. Personally, I led the cultivation and production of Evergreen's first ever business plan competition; Greeners Spark Change. This competition was to spark creativity and innovation within our communities. We as a team tackled the complete creation of how a new program and student business incubator will be offered on campus and utilized by students.

At Bluedream Corp. I was responsible for guiding the flow of operations over multiple entities and projects ranging from all area's of the cannabis industry with an emphasis in production. This grow facility is revered as one of the top performing grow facility's in the State of Washington.
