• Utilize a diverse set of candidate acquisition tools to attract talent
• Create and foster relationships with colleges, professional organizations, networking groups, etc.
• Recruit and source employment candidates through cold calling, attending conferences/job fairs, job postings, and internal referrals
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Perform prescreening activities to determine potential candidacy
• Interview – Review candidate career history, salary expectations, desired location(s), availability, skills, education, certifications, etc.

• Serves as the dedicated point of contact for their accounts (between 150-200 accounts) and own the overall relationship by increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
• Conducts data migrations and imports when necessary for new and existing customers
• Builds customer relationships
• Travels occasionally to local customers for onsite implementation or training sessions
• Guides customer through the implementation process and understands organization’s current process, pain points, and goals
• Ability to share industry knowledge, utilize custom formula fields

• Identifies recurring issues that come up with customers
• Uses Zendesk software to record, track, and document support cases
• Performs post-resolution follow-ups with customers as necessary
• Accesses software updates, knowledge bases, FAQ, and any other resources to aid in problem resolution
• Assists in developing user guides, help-sheets, learning center documentation, FAQ lists, training material, and departmental procedures to assist teammates and end-users

• Coordinate and lead program planning and design discussions with internal partners to develop and design client specific programs.

• Provide comprehensive case management services to all clients including: intake assessment, benefit assessment, goal setting, long-term case plan development, weekly case plan development, progress monitoring.
• Maintain a caseload of 18 families.
• Meet with clients weekly or simultaneously.
• Connect families with needed and available community resources.
• Coordinate monthly treatment reports with foster care agencies.
• Consult and cooperate with community systems to facilitate linkage, referral, crisis management, advocacy, and follow up with the focus on attaining treatment goals.
