ServiceFirst was a shared services agency under the umbrella of NSW Department of Services, Technology and Innovation. ServiceFirst‘s functions were outsourced to external providers in December 2015.Responsible for managing the operational delivery of procurement support, compliance reporting and related advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients in accordance with Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs). Developed and implemented the category management plans for Contingent Workforce and ICT Services panel contracts. I also managed contracts and vendors and undertook negotiations to extract the maximum value form the contractual arrangements through governance and relationship building.

Human Services Network (HSNet) is the NSW Government initiative aimed at improving client service delivery in the human services and justice sector as well as maximising the benefits and service delivery via the utilization of web based technologies.Responsible for ensuring participation of government and non-government organisations (NGO) in the HSNet.The role involved development and implementation of the HSNet Communications Strategy which established a viable information and communication network with the NGOs. I also assisted NGOs in establishment of policy and operational framework facilitating the integration of HSNet policies and guidelines into client's daily practices.Developed and managed training for government agencies and NGOs to support effective utilisation of HSNet and ServiceLink (Incl. ReferralLink).

Corporate Procurement Strategy division was established to manage end to end procurement activities, gain insight into spend with the aim of reducing the bottom line through process improvement and standardisation, contract and policy compliance and introduce a common procure-to -pay ERP platform.Managed a review of procure-to-pay (P2P) business processes across the organization and provided direct input into ERP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Blueprint for the development of customised ERP purchasing module. Managed the administrative duties and the operational budget of the office including three administrative staff and recruitment of temporary staff on work experience.Managed all IT infrastructure requirements for the Minister, Minister’s office in Sydney, Minister’s regional office and the Parliament Office. Following a NSW government reshuffle, I managed the relocation and the setup of IT infrastructure of the Parliamentary Office.
