As the founding partner of EduStudio, I’m here to help you create learning journeys that stick and drive real change. I’m a big believer in the Fun Theory—that we learn best when we’re having fun—so I try to incorporate this into everything I do.With a 15 year corporate background in HR consulting and instructional design, I’ve worked with over 100 clients across diverse industries, helping them develop their people as well as their HR strategies and processes. I’ve designed e-learning programs ranging from dry compliance topics to fully gamified adventures, like teaching project management through the organization of an alien conference.Whether it’s creating e-learning courses or hands-on activities, I focus on starting with the learner—their needs, context, and goals. From there, we build a learning journey that helps them achieve the desired outcomes in a way that works best for them.
