▪ Owning the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, resume screening, phone interviewing, interview coordinating, offering, and following up candidate until the onboarding) in both IT and non-IT positions.▪ Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements, writing job descriptions, and posting to system and relevant media platforms.▪ Negotiating with hiring managers, candidates regarding the offer proposal and completing the relevant processes.▪ Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates using the ATS.▪ Building and maintaining relationship with talent pool in Vietnam and Japan markets.▪ Developing proactive recruitment strategies including talent pools and appropriate networks.▪ Educating hiring managers on the best practice recruitment processes and policies.▪ Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the hiring process.

▪ Market research: analyze to figure out client's products and services, competitors, working culture... of each industry (mainly focus on: IT, healthcare and industrial).▪ Do mapping, target and approach candidates by appropriate methods (phone, email, and social media).▪ Make phone calls; discuss clients’ requirement specification with candidates and identify suitable ones.▪ Conduct interviews with qualified candidates (phone interviews, face-to-face interviews) and present them to clients.▪ Provide career advice to candidates and market trends to clients.▪ Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation.▪ Build-up, develop and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.▪ Develop and enrich internal database.

▪ Support for US market and collaborate with US recruiters: Identify job description, source candidates, contact candidates (via linked-in or social network) and research new technologies.▪ Boolean searching and online sourcing (job boards: LinkedIn.com, Monster.com, Dice.com, Careerbuilder.com, Indeed.com, Google sourcing...).▪ Support for huge companies: Amazon, Expedia, Staples, Hasbro, Apple, Microsoft... in many industries: IT services, E-commerce, Game, Toy, Retail, Financial…▪ IT sourcing for positions in: UX/UI/Graphic Design, Technical PM, software development, database, testing, networking, and systems...▪ Non-IT sourcing for positions in: BA, PM, data analysis, marketing, financial…▪ Build up the managed resumes via internal database.
