• works at a call center using cisco systems• dealt with calls, online support chats and in-person exchanges• interacts with the usage and accessing of programs such as Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc) and other programs that are affiliated with Adobe, IBM and Citrix• works with students and faculty accessing their CSUN accounts that range from the myNorthridgeportal, google mail, moodle and canvas
