A Maryland native, who started out working in the New Home builders industry, Van has turned her natural selling ability to create a rewarding path for clients who are truly looking for full representation in negotiating their best interest. After beginning her real estate career with Grempler Realty, Pulte Homes and then later with Keller Williams, she served as an onsite expert for agents and clients. Van also served as an essential member of Keller Williams Flagship office as a founding agent and later as an Associate Broker. She assisted with growing the brokerage from the initial 7 members to close to 400 agents. She received numerous awards for her outstanding service and attentiveness to details better advising agents and customers on purchases of homes as well as sellers on great selling techniques. Van has decided to now focus her attention to creating a brokerage that fosters professionalism and transparency. She currently leads and oversees The Maryland Dream Home Realty company where she focuses on helping agents become proud entrepreneurs that not only help others fulfill their dreams but also accomplish their dreams as well.
