It Operations Support Specialist Ii
Current- Provide both in-person and remote support via Slack and Jira tickets using basic troubleshooting knowledge and company documentation, resolving an average of 180+ IT support tickets
- Manage asset and license tracking using Snipe IT
- Utilize Mac terminal commands to migrate users from our old MDM to Jamf, allowing full supervision on the migrated devices
- Maintain updated documentation for common IT support troubleshooting
- Handle user permissions and provisioning for onboardings, departures, and access requests using Okta administration synced from our Active Directory
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team regarding new hire onboarding experience
