It Operations Support Specialist Ii
Current• Provide both in-person and remote support via Slack and Jira tickets using basic troubleshooting knowledge and company documentation, resolving an average of 180+ IT support tickets• Manage asset and license tracking using Snipe IT• Utilize Mac terminal commands to migrate users from our old MDM to Jamf, allowing full supervision on the migrated devices• Maintain updated documentation for common IT support troubleshooting• Handle user permissions and provisioning for onboardings, departures, and access requests using Okta administration synced from our Active Directory• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team regarding new hire onboarding experience• Administer operational software such as Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and Jira• Create and deploy company-approved software on Software Center for Windows using Microsoft Configration Manager• Utilize Jamf Protect and Symantec Endpoint Management to maintain asset security on 700+ active, corporate-owned, Windows or MacOS devices • Work closely with RingCentral vendor support to handle VoIP deskphone licensing issues• Utilize Uniflow • Run A/V support via Zoom or Google Meet for Global Company All Hands and local office events• Oversee Google Meet meeting room functionality for our San Francisco office• Decommissioned and handled inventory for Meet units no longer in use• Set up scan to email functionality on a remote office printer via SMTP configuration on Google Workspace Administration
