With a decade of experience working with top international educators, I have learned to think differently about young peoples potential in my country. Witnessing the success of a school I've been closely involved in establishing since its inception has shown me that students can choose to become whatever they dream of being. We have turned rural Cambodian students who started school with us without knowing a single letter in the English alphabet, to students whose TerraNova Standardized Test results with scores in the 99th percentile - alongside US nationals. I have gained vast experience in dealing with school operations, parental relations, logistics, finance, legal compliance, teacher evaluation, as well as curriculum implementation. With these skills I have moved forward with the founding of an additional quality international school and enjoying the continued success of my students.
