Looking after Sourcing & procurement of Expansion project activities like Raw Material – Steel,Paints, Fasteners, Sheeting, Rail,Clamp Accessaries,serice Order and Generla activities(Mechanical & Electrical).• Estimating material requirement (MRP) and cost of projects as per BOM drawings with reference to previous orders and existing rates.• Monitoring and updating Project schedules and report the progress weekly or monthly as per requirement of management.• Raising Purchasing Order in SAP as per the BOM• Sending inquiries to suitable suppliers & vendors as per our requirement & receiving offers • Capital procurement and service contracts.• Vendor Management – Techno Comerical Discussions with Potential vendors on specific material data, sending inquiries for their offers and preparing Technical Recommendation for finalisation of vendors• Techno Comerical discussion with Vendors to suit our requirement.• Arrange and participate for negotiation along with the Purchase Head & Techanical Head.• Communicating with the ordered vendors on dispatch schedule and expediting • Monitoring budget shoot-up, execution and Dispatches delay and documentation for review meetings.• SAP MM Process –PO, GRN, MIGO, SRN, Reconciliation,• Work cross functionally with Marketing & PPC team in-house plate procurement to project Site. • Documentation of files related to projects and Preparing weekly report of outstanding payments of various vendors.
