CurrentAs an IT professional, I led different areas of Technology: Networking Engineering, Network Security, System admin, troubleshooting, Sharepoint and Google Workspace admin. My career at MoN started with the transition from Windows XP Pro to Windows 7 Pro in the school's desktop environment, ensuring compliance with lifecycle requirements while minimizing disruptions. Delighted to have introduced a diverse range of operating systems and technologies to the school community, including iOS, Windows, and macOS, enhancing accessibility and functionality. Additionally, successfully spearheaded the migration from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2012 Datacenter/Standard, implementing Hyper-V configurations to cater to varied organizational needs, alongside upgrading the WiFi infrastructure to meet modern standards, ensuring reliable connectivity across the campus.Proficiently managed Google Workspace Admin Console, overseeing user accounts, security settings, and application deployment, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity across the organization. Implementing customized solutions tailored to the unique needs of different users: students and staff members.
