Drawn towards the arts and problem-solving, I started my professional journey in animation and motion design. I found it highly engaging to teach myself different software to get a desired outcome or experiment with storytelling forms, and these supported me through a freelancing career and other full-time pursuits.When you freelance in animation, you're often providing all parts or only one part of the final product, without visibility on the broader picture. Always, the task involves being able to contribute effectively, preempt road bumps, be prepared with solutions and ever ready to adapt, while often being remote and managing schedules and finances. Being an effective communicator and what it means for a creative team to be productive (beyond our technical outputs) with growth potential have become topics of huge interest to me. And eventually, these led me towards project and team management duties. I value versatility, continuous learning, and effective communication through intentional alignment.
