Co-created the participatory practice ground for and with the Finance Innovation Lab Core Team to build the enabling conditions for a culture change in the financial system that "serves and sustains people and planet" and allows life to thrive. We taught the foundational practices, process architecture, conceptual models, theory of change and strategy of the Lab which is based on The Living Wholeness Institute's 4-Rooms Model for Systemic Transformation. The Finance Innovation Lab is now scaling across sectors and is a magnificently successful open source lab.

We are dedicated to open intellectual and spiritual enquiry with publications that challenge readers to expand their minds and transform their lives. We are engaged in green practices that support our natural resources by using post-consumer waste (PCW) paper, vegetable-based inks, print-on-demand and digital distribution.

I had the extraordinary experience of being ED of this organization, to shift the culture and language of social services as a catalyst for social change and to advocate that the culture - how we work - is the seed and soil for social innovation. This pioneering non-profit was imagined and founded by young people that brings together cultures and generations through innovative approaches to food, sustainability and community. Vibrant and bustling, it is a "collective entrepreneur" that invites us to imagine and co-create the kind of world in which we wish to thrive. Its heartbeat is a meals-on-wheels run by young people delivered by bike, which has become a pioneer in urban rooftop gardening, youth volunteering and employment, financial vibrancy and funding for social change. The whole way it works is an infrastructure for intimacy and deepening of relationship between people, place and for being part of something bigger than oneself.
