Lundehus aims to test and build a new type of organizational structure within traditional Danish leisure and sports associations. In a close collaboration with the public school Lundehusskolen and the surrounding after-school youth clubs we aim to move the leisure and sports association closer to the kids - Not only physically, but also psychologically, making it a natural part of their everyday life. Lundehus Basketball is the first of several leisure activities offered within the Lundehus association. I believe that: Experiences (positive and negative / winning and losing) are what forms a bond between kids. Bonding is the most essential ingredient in building a friendship. Friendships are what makes kids thrive - socially and educationally - every day. Education and social skills are the gateway to success in life. I am in the "friendship-business".

BRUG FOLKESKOLEN works to diminish ethnic and social segregation in Copenhagen by strengthening the local public schools. The organisation works to make all public schools the natural first choice in their local school district. As Community Organizer I work for the parents and local community, but in very close collaboration with the school’s principals, school boards, local organizations and politicians. I help the schools on Nørrebro and Nordvest (located in disadvantaged districts) to: • Shape and build identity.• Develop and tell the right stories. • Establish the best strategic social partnerships. • Getting the right stories told to the right people.• Build and grow strategically active communities. • Develop and facilitate new recruitment and retention strategies.• Help parents brand their local public school. When you are 7 years old, your best friend is most often the one that you actually get to play with. Local schools give local friends – I am in the friendship business!

I have created the most successful crowdfunding campaign in the Baltics raising 105% in 9 days, closing on 317% with the best organic SoMe video posts with +4.1 million views, +49k likes and +59k shares. I have done some of the biggest 3D Projections (video mapping) opened by speakers like the Danish Prime Minister and members of the Danish Royal Family, and created the main event at H.C. Andersen Festival in Odense - a mix between Ballet (Royal Danish Ballet), rope acrobats, lights and fireworks - attracting approx. 90k visitors.

International Dutch TV broadcaster focused on interactive TV game formats. At its top: Operating in 16 different countries with approx. 200 employees, producing 9 hours of live TV per day. Yearly turnover: € 25 million.Responsibilities:* Responsible for all daily productions and management of approx. 100 employees.* Manage and coordinate all departments relating to the production.* Develop and implement program improvements.* Review financial statements to determine areas needing cost reduction. * Review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. * Determine staffing requirements and oversee training of new employees. * Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

TV broadcaster located in Lithuania focused on interactive TV game formats. At its top having approx. 40 employees and broadcasting on the 3 Lithuanian TV channels: TV3, BTV and Tango TV. I was a part of setting up the production facilities: building the studios, setting up the workflow and coaching the staff.
