*Managing all aspects of production of windows, doors and facade in Aluminium and PVC, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation;*Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs;*Ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications through rigorous quality control measures;*Leading and motivating a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and morale.*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, address production challenges, and meet customer requirements;*Managing inventory levels and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production;*Enforcing safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety to maintain a safe working environment;*Analyzing production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;*Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality;*Software implementation for the sales team, control and tracking of production, supply, materials management, communication between software and the accounting program, tehnical documents, etc.;*Creating and updating the database in the Winarhi software (Dual Soft) for the sales and production team (new series of profiles, hardware sets, thermal insulating glass, limitations, warnings, accessories, technical documents, etc.) to increase the time response and production.
