• To support the company through every stage of a transaction such as business divestment or an initial public offering ("IPO"), merger and acquisition ("M&A"), and private fund raising.• To do the market research, industry research, analyze the information• To prepare a slide presentation and marketing materials• To arrange and meet with clients, authorities, solicitors, and other related parties on IPO process and other investment related project• To work closely with Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) and Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC)

• To support the company through every stage of initial public offering ("IPO")• To do the market research, industry research, analyze the information, and do the report• To prepare a slide presentation and marketing materials• To promote image of the company through hosting seminar• To be a presenter during Seminar or Workshop• To arrange and meet with clients, authorities, solicitors, and other related parties on IPO process• To work closely with Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) and Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC)• To write Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Underwriting Department• To train new staff to understand the whole regulation that govern stock market

• To analyze information related to the financial market, global economy and political situation• To analyze and control the risk in Financial market• To advice and consult with client about derivative market• To report to the supervisor
