Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in not-for-profit, agriculture, service and currently in manufacturing. I have a creative personality but combined with my analytical skills, I work to achieve optimisation and I aspire to become an effective leader of people and business.I acquired my CA qualification at DairyNZ where I had the opportunity to work with a range of people including farm managers, project managers, scientists and senior management. My greatest achievement at DairyNZ was the ability to build strong relationships with my stakeholders and become a trusted business partner. I am now developing in a manufacturing environment working as the Management Accountant for GEA Group. In this role I get to work with a diverse group of people and skills from around the world and a range of different ERP and reporting systems. I also lead a sustainability team in Hamilton which is focused on making the site more energy efficient and reducing waste.
