Hi, my name is Vansh, and I am a third-year Medical Sciences student at Brock University, actively engaged in the Med-Plus co-curricular program. My journey into the world of medicine has been shaped by a profound curiosity about the intricate workings of the human body, a passion that ignited during my high school years. Choosing to study Medical Sciences at Brock University was a pivotal decision for me, as it allowed me to dive deeper into this fascination and explore my aspirations within the medical field. My journey began as an assistant coach at the Brock Niagara Penguins organization, a sporting program dedicated to supporting youth and young adults with physical disabilities. This role not only allowed me to contribute to their athletic development but also opened my eyes to the remarkable resilience and determination exhibited by individuals facing unique challenges. It was through these experiences that I developed a profound appreciation for the human spirit's capacity to overcome obstacles. My experiences at the Brock Niagara Penguins fortified my determination to pursue a career in the medical field.
