As a ServiceNow Graduate Trainee, I developed hands-on experience in building and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective workflows and automations. I explored and worked on the Employee Center module, enhancing user experiences through streamlined processes. My role involved scripting, optimizing applications, and contributing to Incident,Problem and Change management, strengthening my technical skills and passion for digital transformation.

I worked on exploring and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems. My responsibilities included data preprocessing, feature engineering, and developing predictive models using Python and popular ML libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Keras. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, conducted research on state-of-the-art AI techniques, and implemented innovative solutions. Additionally, I contributed to optimizing existing models, improving accuracy and performance, and creating clear documentation to support future development. This experience deepened my knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and enhanced my ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical use cases.
