Richard is a public prosecutor with the Dutch Public Prosecutor's office, specializing in white collar crime cases.Prior to his current role, Richard worked as a partner at the law firm De Brauw, where he represented corporations in criminal and administrative enforcement proceedings and civil litigation. His areas of expertise include securities and accounting fraud, corruption, export controls, theft of trade secrets, security breaches, computer fraud and network and data security issues.Richard is especially well-versed in negotiations and discussions with and between governmental and regulatory bodies.
