I started my career in a NGO which goal was to help students in the universities to achieve their full potential and make the best university experience they could have. With our help they organized a bunch of great events, and I'm so proud to them for making them.I worked there as a content coordinator with a team of 6-8 great people. At first my job was to supervise our social medias like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, helped the other teams with various designs for their work and edited our newsletter. Later I learned how to record and edit videos and create smaller animations. Furthermore I teached the students how to stream their events online during the pandemic, and I created the webpage of the organization. In the last half year working there my position was changed to Production-Development Coordinator, because we had to reorganize our team according to the new strategy of our organization. During this process I standardized many of our previously ad-hoc projects and made documents for the next generation.After I left I finished my career in the field of marketing, because during the reorganization I realized what I really like is to develop things: standardize and make them better and more efficient. Since then I learned how to use PowerBI and Tableau and I'm willing to learn more. I finished my master degree in Controlling specialization in Management and Leadership Corvinus University of Budapest. I have written my thesis about the SMEs' Controlling Solutions.
