Corporate Application Analyst
Current• Providing support to the team and key stakeholders in the implementation of sector systems.• Providing customer service to system users and management, resolving and/or assisting in the resolution of academic system issues and queries (production second-line support).• Identifying, investigating, and reporting system issues/bugs and monitoring the resolution of these.• Liaising with vendors to resolve issues.• Undertaking system configuration, testing and the development of scripts and reports.• Developing and maintaining help resources, and user manuals and delivering training to the users of these systems.• Engaging and liaising with managers and sector stakeholders in relation to system-related requirements and issues and providing solutions.
