- Evaluate and document quality of finished goods and raw materials- Collect environmental swabs as scheduled- Perform Pre Operational Checks in processing rooms to release for daily production runs- Review production and quality assurance documents to ensure completion and integrity

- Perform chemical and physical analysis for samples (product, ingredients, sanitation chemical) - Calculate and determine amount of ingredients needed to adjust semi-finished good samples to meet customer specification range- Discuss results, findings, and trends with management and production and recommend any required corrective actions as needed- Verify and review data analyses daily- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and schedule lab equipment for annual external calibration certification - Assign annual proficiency testing to lab techs for completion- Train new personnel on Good Laboratory Practices- Conduct sensory testing and training

- Perform routine quality analyses such as sediment, grain size distribution, color, brix, polarity, pH, and environmental analyses - Monitor and maintain calibrations for lab equipment- Collect environmental water samples at multiple sites throughout the refinery during sugar detector TOC alarm conditions and weekly sampling protocol- Responsible for entering data into SAP for the generation of COAs
