I'm an architect with twenty-one years of experience and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora in 2000. At this moment, I am a postgraduate in Construction Project Management at Lambton College. Engaging in the architecture field, I've coordinated activities to develop designs in various sectors of the AEC industry (including facilities). For this purpose, I've been getting computational skills regarding improving my productivity that includes advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (BIM), as much Autodesk (AutoCAD and Revit) as Graphisoft (ArchiCAD). Moreover, I also have a solid knowledge of renderer's software (Vray, Lumion) and graphics creation and processing images (CorelDRAW, Photoshop). Since mid-2009, I started to work with activities management of construction, for instance, team coordination, time, cost, and quality management. Besides complete project management skills, analysis of budget levels and physical-financial schedules; priority control and monitoring; reports and classification according to performance and earnings.
