• Drafted trusts, particularly Insurance Trusts, Declaration of Trust and Buy-sell Trusts• Drafted Wills under a tight deadline• Attended to clients and the Franchisees’ concerns and queries• Resolved disputes between the Clients and the Franchisee• Reviewed Insurance Forms including Absolute Assignment and Nomination forms• Advised the Franchisees on Trust-related concerns• Handled the administrative aspect of setting up a Trust in Malaysia• Conducted Compliance checks (including KYC/AML screenings) using Artemis

Throughout my semester break, I had the privilege of working and gaining valuable insights at the Malaysian German Chamber of Commerce (MGCC). During this time, I not only had the responsibility of managing the legal aspects of the job, drafting business contracts on a daily basis, but I also had the opportunity to directly engage with clients, understanding and fulfilling their specific requirements. Regrettably, I had to conclude my tenure with MGCC when the semester break came to an end.

After completing my SPM, I landed my first job at MPH Bookstores, where I served as a Customer Service Officer. This experience provided invaluable lessons on effectively managing and interacting with a diverse range of customer personalities and clients.
