I am an Operations Supervisor at ABF Freight, a leading transportation company in North America, where I have been working for over three years. I am responsible for supervising, staffing, training, and payroll, as well as ensuring compliance with training materials and procedures. I have skills in warehouse management systems, key performance indicators, and equipment management, which I use to optimize the efficiency and quality of our operations.I am also a certified educator with a PhD in Education from Kyung Hee University, where I received a full scholarship. I won the Outstanding Thesis Award at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale for my Master's Thesis on race and literature. I have a TESOL certification and a Teaching Certification from the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, and I have taught English language arts to middle school students for a year as a long-term substitute teacher.
