In my years working as a secretary in schools (primary and high school), I was in charge of personnel files and student records. Following up on the changes of SchoolDirect in order to keep up to date records.At the Technical Service Dept at MIO Technology (MiTAC Europe), I was responsible for the day-to-day management of 2 service providers, located in Italy and Greece.I took care of the parts supply and kept a close eye on the repair times. Dealing with customer escalations in order to provide a satisfying result to the end user.I controlled the return flow of defect spare parts from all the Mio service partners in Western Europe.Customer service by phone/front desk: helping customers in need of aid, offering help with unit handling or repair information.I'm currently employed at Lokaal Bestuur Ternat, working at town hall/mayor's office.I started at the Dept of Environment, Mobility and Sustainability; followed by the position at the Information & Communication Dept.Since July 2021 I have a position at the Civil Affairs Dept.Volleyball is a big part of my life. I love the game and like the adventures and challenges it brings me in the publicity/marketing/communication field.I am part of the social media team for the professional Belgian Liga A volleyball club Lindemans Aalst (formerly Volley Asse-Lennik); Belgian Cup Champions 2015, SuperCup Champions 2015, League Trophy Champions 2018.I have been a page admin on the facebook page USA Men's & Women's Indoor Volleyball Fan Zone (a page for family, friends and fans of the USA Men's & Women's Indoor Volleyball team players) and also a contributor to “Spike Town” for the USA Volleyball Men's Indoor team.
