A self-sustainable network of multiple partners that coordinate growth in disability and inclusive tennis participation• Collaborated with a national charitable trust (Tennis for Free) to explore the mutual agenda of growing the number of free parks sites across the Midlands region. Coordinated a regional team that established 20 new sites in 2018 reaching 30 in total, with a 78% growth in the number of unique players.• Created, delivered, and evaluated a digital marketing plan that coordinated assets and promoted the Halloween ‘Tennis Spooktacular’. Analysis demonstrated FB Ads were the most cost-effective platform for ‘pay per click’. Evidence influenced roll out of the LTA’s national ‘Monster Smash’ campaign.
