Intro to the company: Kaspi.kz develops its innovative products and services within the most popular mobile app in Kazakhstan, which is used by 10 million users.Domain: FinTech, Banking.Methodology: Agile (Scrum).● Working on the risk checks and signing service component, which has the highest level of privacy due to access to sensitive government data and performing changes to such data.● Tested the core component from A to Z on 8+ high-load government projects using autotests related to online document signing at all levels.● Executed 10+ load tests, which allowed to identify gaps in the integration systems and optimize them in time: before deployment to production.● Boosted performance and quality levels of everyday operations by 20% through process optimisation of UI testing, incorporating it into end-to-end (E2E) testing with the use of Figma.● Increased testing efficiency by 15% by matching mockups with implemented functionality, since this approach has not been used before.● Invented and implemented a client setup process using SQL that reduced time spent by QA of several teams. Before: every QA spends 10 minutes per case (~15 cases/day). After: ~10 seconds per case. Saved 148 minutes of QA time daily. ● Completed 5+ tasks to develop functionality using an internal programming language, which allowed system integration with other systems and reduced the number of user steps to complete the action. Intro to the project: Teambook is a web app for Project Resource Planning, which allows the User to visually plan and schedule operational resources, monitor time spent on projects, analyse mid-term capacity planning.Methodology: Agile (Scrum).● Managed a team of 4 people.● Designed, developed and maintained automated test scripts using Selenium and Python that allowed to reduce the time to perform regression testing.● Generated comprehensive test reports, which simplified keeping the development team informed about the progress of testing.

Intro to the 'IWY' project: This is a portal in the HealthCare domain. Its main idea is to make psychotherapy easy to get and easy to use. Both for clients and specialists.● Created 100+ checklists and test cases, according to which functional and regression testing of functionality was performed, that allowed the successful release of the product into production.● Based on the results with the team, we exceeded the testing plan by ~40%.

● Work at a strategic site that provides heat to ~ 1 million people.● Managed a team of 7 people, ensuring correct and trouble proof operation of the hardware.
