As a core member of the production team at Mishka Productions, I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of podcast creation for the show Podcast with Kunal. My role involved managing both the technical and creative aspects, ensuring a seamless production workflow. Key responsibilities included:- Led video and audio production, including video shooting, editing, and sound design, to deliver high-quality content.- Designed and implemented visually engaging podcast setups, managing lighting, equipment, and framing to create optimal aesthetics.- Directed the logistics of podcast shoots, including managing guest and host positions, and handling post-production editing.- Conducted guest research, crafted interview strategies, and ideated content ideas to expand the podcast’s reach.- Developed and executed social media strategies, increasing audience engagement through tailored content plans.- Collaborated with and managed a cross-functional team, coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth communication during both pre-production and shoot days.
