Have published articles in telecom in Telecommunications Policy, Economic & Political Weekly and other leading journals.Teach courses in "Techno-economics of Information Networks", "Telecom and Information Policy".Taught at Ohio University, Athens and American University, Washington DC, USA; visiting scholar and Nokia Research Fellow at Aalto University, Finland; visiting scholar at University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand; faculty at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, Bangalore, and at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India.
