Recent book co-authored with Prof. Rohit Prasad of MDI: "The dynamics of spectrum management: Legacy, Technology and Policy", published by the Oxford University Press.Also the author of "Telecom revolution in India" published by the Oxford University Press (2012). Have published articles in telecom in Telecommunications Policy, Economic & Political Weekly and other leading journals.Teach courses in "Techno-economics of Information Networks", "Telecom and Information Policy".Taught at Ohio University, Athens and American University, Washington DC, USA; visiting scholar and Nokia Research Fellow at Aalto University, Finland; visiting scholar at University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand; faculty at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, Bangalore, and at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India.
