As a pioneering member of Httpool's creative strategy unit, I played an important role in its evolution over nearly 4 years. My role entailed improving client advertising performance on our platforms through a creative consulting or a more hands-on approach, injecting their ads with fresh creative concepts.Key Achievements & Responsibilities:- Pioneering Role & Team Development: As the first and most experienced member of the creative strategy department, I took the lead in mentoring new team members and fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.- Creative Consulting: Empowered over 80 established and emerging brands (IKEA, Bite, Gamepatch, Robus Athletics etc.) by providing consultative insights on creative strategies to excel on Httpool represented platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).- Strategic Support: Supported the crafting and execution of innovative digital strategies for key accounts, directly and indirectly contributing to improvements in KPI metrics.- Team Synergy: Actively collaborated with various teams within Httpool, Meta, and clients, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions.- Championing Creativity: Advocated for the importance of creativity both within Httpool and the broader industry.

NGO Brainwave Collision – a non-governmental organization I co-founded at university. We brainstormed projects in music, arts, and film, and worked to raise funds from various state and EU institutions to execute them (Embassy of Netherlands, EU program Youth, Ventspils City Council)I was a co-founder and member of the board. Biggest projects: • Organising debate game ESCAPE all over Latvia and abroad; • Student film DANCE OF MOTHS created as part of EU Youth exchange program;• Organising festival of experimental art and cinema LAMPA in Ventspils.
