  Project title - Development of sustainable sourcing cluster of Wheat and Paddy cropI contributed to advancing sustainable agriculture practices through a targeted project in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Key accomplishments include:🌱 Survey & Research: Conducted a comprehensive survey with 242 farmers across 7 districts and 24 villages, and engaged 22 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to estimate GHG footprints of regenerative practices for wheat and paddy.📊 Emission Analysis & POP Development: Identified critical GHG emission points and developed a sustainable Plan of Practices (POP) for wheat and paddy, proposing effective management strategies to reduce emissions.📈 Digital Tools Creation: Designed and launched an onboarding app for 32,000 farmers, featuring an advanced dashboard to efficiently track farmer profiles and status.🚜 Farmer Onboarding: Onboarded 950 farmers with 3,400 acres of land across 6 districts, supporting sustainable crop production.📉 Implementation & Monitoring: Developed an implementation plan with financial and emission impacts, created an Excel-based project monitoring tool, and evaluated standards for emissions reduction certification.This experience enhanced my expertise in sustainable agriculture and provided practical solutions for reducing environmental impacts in crop production.
