Once placed will deliver the candidates as per the start dates.Forward the Requirements to the Recruiters and explain them what exactly client expected for that position and guide them how to bring profiles as per the needs.If positions required in person then I will discuss with the vendor and submit locals or near by candidates for that positions.Every day I will follow up with the submitted candidates and the vendors regarding the status and if candidate not available then immediately I will update to the vendor and submit alternate candidate for that position.Once got Confirmation from the Client will start the paper work without failure to deliver the candidate.
