Welcome to my profile :)I was born in Asturias but I have been always looking for international experience, I spent several months in Asia, besides having lived in Austria and Canada.At this moment I develop my role as R&D Engineer at IDONIAL research center at the north of Spain. Idonial is a well reputed research center for metallic materials and I am in charge of managing national and European projects in the field of additive manufacturing.I am a very positive person who likes challenges, self-taught and passionate about how things work. Therefore I think that one of my biggest strengths as engineer is my versatility. I love diversity, it is something that I have learnt to appreciate throughout my experiences abroad. Meet and interact with others in a working environment is very important for me, because after all, people are what really matter.

  I started as a sales associate what has helped me a lot to know better the company and to realize how important customer service is. After a couple of months and showing my personal interest in product knowledge, our manager decided to offer me a position as a key holder, with more responsibilities and together with a partner, we had more than fifteen co-workers under our charge. I was driving also the warranty department where I was able to improve its efficiency and timing. In addition, I helped to develop a good corporate image on social media.
