I am the Vice President of Delivery of one of the Business Units that Globant is composed by. In my current capacity I head the operation that provides the business unit delivery, quality, governance and growth across all the clients that we handle. We support over +15 different clients among different industries and size, distributed in US, LATAM and EMEA. My role focuses on finding new revenue streams and growing existing ones with current clients and also with possible new clients. Build and strategize on how to organize a whole operation to support, deliver and exceed on quality and yet helping companies to transform themselves being part of that transformation. Cost management is also a critical part of my focus as the growth and the strategy has to be scoped within the business unit budget.Year over year, the business unit could achieve significant growth on size either from revenue stand point as people stand point, reaching over a +650 people unit.I started working in Globant since 2004, living in UK for over two years, multiple years in Argentina and now in US since 2015. Among those years I built all my career starting as a Quality Control Analyst, then switching to operation and then blooming in that area.

Managing all delivery for multiple companies, including 5+ development centers all converged on me as a single point of delivery.We add value to the accounts by providing innovative solutions to day to day problems and to strategic transformations.

In charge of US accounts like Google and Autodesk. Escalation point of more than 6 PMs and also in charge of the delivery and growth of the accounts.

On charge of +15 projects of different size and scale. Using Agile methodologies owning delivery and also working under different kind of contracts.On the project were used all across technologies and solutions were developed in multiple countries (US, UK, LATAM).
